I'm Diane, and I'm so excited to bring FIT4MOM to SSF and the surrounding area! I'm passionate about helping others feel supported in motherhood and find their village. I was fortunate to participate in FIT4MOM in 2019 while on maternity leave, and I knew it was something I wanted to make available to our local community. I advocate for the importance of self-care (like fitness!) alongside your other priorities (family, work, etc.) so that you can show up as your best self. It often feels easier said than done, which is why we're here to encourage and support you, and also make it fun!

I'm a mom to 2 energetic young boys (currently ages 5 and 7), and in my spare time, I love boybands, musicals, and all things Disney.
