Hi! I'm Karr, and I'm excited to build a community of moms in SSF and our surrounding areas!

I'm a proud mom to my 7-year-old son. During my free time, I enjoy running, boxing, and Muay Thai. I also love to cook with my son.

I believe that fitness can be an important part of your life both mentally and physically. I can't wait to share my knowledge and passion with all of the moms out there!
